Growing Implementation Scope
You sign a statement of work that looks solid. Six weeks later the change orders start. By go-live you have paid well above the original figure and nobody flagged it was coming.
Aarvexa is a certified ERP implementation partner that helps you run cloud business ERP and finance and operations ERP implementations for your organization with a structured process, real cost transparency, and no surprises at go-live.
Project charter, scope boundaries and the joint team are locked in.
While modern ERP is a capable platform, failed implementations almost always trace back to the same handful of partner-side problems.
You sign a statement of work that looks solid. Six weeks later the change orders start. By go-live you have paid well above the original figure and nobody flagged it was coming.
Many partners run every client through the same template regardless of how that business actually operates. Gaps get workarounds, and those workarounds compound over time until the system is more trouble than the spreadsheets it replaced.
You meet a senior consultant during the sales process. The person who shows up to your discovery sessions is a recently certified junior. The experience gap shows up in the configuration, and your users carry the cost.
The partner closes the ticket, submits the final invoice, and moves on. You are left with a system nobody fully owns, users who drift back to spreadsheets, and no one accountable when things break in month three.

From the first assessment through to post-go-live support, Aarvexa covers the complete scope of an ERP implementation. We give you one team per engagement with full transparency and accountability.
Before any statement of work is signed, we map your current-state gaps, confirm the go-live scope, and produce a detailed cost estimate. Full cost visibility before you commit to anything.
We configure the platform to match your approved functional requirements including user roles, workflows, reporting, and any custom extensions built natively within the ecosystem.
We connect your ERP to your existing tech stack: EDI systems, ecommerce platforms, payroll providers, WMS tools, and legacy ERPs. Clean data flows, no unnecessary middleware where it can be avoided.
We extract, clean, validate, and migrate your historical data from legacy systems. Multiple migration passes run in a sandbox environment before anything touches production.
Hands-on training programs and change management support designed to drive real adoption, not just a go-live checkbox. Users need to use the system for it to deliver value.
A structured 30-day support window starts immediately after go-live. Ongoing managed support keeps your ERP environment running as your business scales, adds modules, or takes on new entities.
Every ERP implementation at Aarvexa follows the same structured delivery model. Our implementation phases are tied with defined owners, specific deliverables, and exit criteria before they move forward.
We establish the project charter, confirm scope boundaries, form the joint project team, and set the engagement method. Decision authority, escalation paths, and communication cadence get agreed upon here.
We document your current workflows in detail, identify where the platform covers them out of the box, and flag what needs configuration or custom development. The output is a signed functional requirements document that drives every decision downstream.
We configure the system to match approved requirements, design data migration templates, and begin any approved custom development. This phase ends with a fully configured sandbox environment, not a demo, a working system with your data and your workflows.
Legacy data is extracted, cleaned, transformed, and validated against defined acceptance criteria before any run touches production. We run multiple passes in the sandbox. Migration surprises at go-live are a project management failure, not an inevitability.
Unit, integration, and end-to-end scenario testing happen before UAT begins. Formal user acceptance testing with your key stakeholders produces documented sign-off. Open issues are resolved before deployment authorization is granted, not deferred to post-go-live.
Once everything is completed, we wrap up end-user training, rehearse cutover runs, and formally confirm production readiness before the live deployment. After go-live, we start a 30-day support window staffed by the same team that built the system.

Cloud business ERP is built for small and mid-market organizations. A well-configured implementation connects finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, and project management into one cloud-native environment. For most organizations it also removes the spreadsheet infrastructure that has accumulated around gaps in whatever system they are replacing.

Timelines depend on the product, the complexity of your processes, the number of integrations, and how much data needs migrating. Here are realistic planning ranges for each path.
Rapid Start60 to 90 days
Full-Scope6 to 18 months
Standard6 to 9 months
Phased or full operational1 to 3 years
The Rapid Start path is fastest because it works with the platform's proven defaults instead of engineering around them. Longer timelines come from custom development, multiple integrations, and multi-entity rollouts.
The figures below are realistic starting points for each path. Your exact number comes from the assessment.
* Starting figures, not quotes. Final cost depends on entities, integrations, customization, and data migration, and is confirmed at the assessment.
Tell us what you are trying to solve. We map your current-state gaps, recommend the right path and give you a scoped cost and timeline estimate before you commit to anything.

These designations reflect our expertise across ERP and cloud, helping businesses connect their applications, data, and cloud infrastructure.
Aarvexa has built several applications on the ERP platform, customized and tailored for industry verticals like agriculture, manufacturing, and retail. Not only does Aarvexa deliver on its promises, but we also step in when others fall short. Much of our work is rescuing ERP projects left stalled, over budget, or unfinished. We audit, salvage what is solid, and rebuild the rest.

Cloud business ERP suits small and mid-market organizations with standard to moderate complexity. Finance and operations ERP suits large, multi-entity and multi-country organizations. The assessment confirms the fit.
A list of your current systems, the processes that hurt most, rough user and entity counts, and the people who will own finance, operations and sales.
Both. We can migrate you off a legacy system, or implement new modules and integrate them with the systems you keep.
